UVDTF Product Details & Sizing Guide

✨ General Sizing Reference:

16 oz Glass Can Wrap: 9.6" x 4.3"

20 oz Glass Can Wrap: 9.6" x 5.1"

Pen Wraps: 4.6" x 1.3"

Decals: Available in 2", 3", 4", 5", and 6" — measured by the longest side.

Keychain Decals: Approx. 1.3" x 2"

Shot Glass Decals: Approx. 1.5" x 1.5"

🎯 Gang Sheets:
All gang sheets are 22” wide — you pick your desired length and load them up with your designs!

🖨️ Artwork Requirements:

All submitted graphics must be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI).

Low-quality images (including screenshots) may result in poor print quality, and we are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution submissions.

⚡ Important Usage Information:

UV Direct-To-Film (UVDTF) is designed for any hard surface — including glass, plastic, wood, and more.

No heat press needed! Just peel and stick for a fast, easy application.

You CANNOT use UVDTF on apparel — it is not made for fabric.

Hand wash only. Not dishwasher or microwave safe.

🛠️ How to Apply UVDTF Transfers (Beginner-Friendly):

Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it fully dry. (No dust, dirt, or oils.)

Peel the clear transfer sheet (with the design attached) away from the white backing.

Place the sticky side of the transfer onto your surface carefully.

Press firmly across the entire design using a squeegee or your fingers to remove air bubbles.

Slowly peel the clear transfer sheet away, leaving your design behind!
